Return/Refund Policy

There is a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIVING IT.

In order to be eligible for a return/refund, the item(s) must be in the same condition it was received. It must be unworn/unused, contained within in its original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase of the item(s) you wish to return. 

To request a return/refund, contact us at DerailedDoodlebugDesigns@gmail.com. If your return/refund request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to ship your item(s). Items sent back to us without prior approval of a return/refund request will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Item(s)

Upon receipt of your order, if you discover the item(s) is damaged/defective or is something other than what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We strive to ensure all of our customers are satisfied. 

Non-returnable items

Personalized items of any kind will not be accepted for return/refund. When placing an order for personalized items, please ensure the information you enter is correct.

Refunds

You will be notified once your return has been received/evaluated and whether or not a refund was approved. If a refund is approved, please keep in mind, it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
